I refer to my previous two complaints to which I am still awaiting a resolution. At long last I did have a missed call from Shamila on Wednesday last week and I have been trying to call her back ever since. This morning I have been holding on the phone for over 20 minutes - was even told I was being put thru to a manager called Shaun and even he is incapable of answering a telephone. How many staff do you have at Thibault Square branch? And yet not one of them is capable of picking up a ringing telephone!!! Disgusting!! I am so sick and tired of the non existant service from Standard Bank. Shamila - please call me again.
