I was at absa bank few minutes ago and I stood on the queue until I didnt know how to stand anymore changing legs because there's no staff only 3 tellers open and there's long line of people looking at these tellers I don't blame tellers there's nothing they can do they just have to work under pressure and make mistakes. I'm writing this complaint now because it happened last month as well when I was in San Ridge branch only 1 indian guy was on the tellers clearly there's a huge problem inside Absa. Can u please do something about this as we pay our service providers and we try to pay quickly by depositing cash inside, thank I'm not your client.
