No customer oriented staff

Over and above that this branch is in the heart of Jozi, it has only 5 cubicles for tellers to assist customers!!! It's insane with the amount of people it's services. Then incompetent staff who does not care about customers at all. The lady assisting customers at the queue is an exception though 'very helpful and friendly' as she had to beg one of the teller not to close her counter as other tellers are not back. That teller pointly refused and closed the counter to my dismay. She is not supposed to be in the front dealing with customers. She does not know what going an extra mile for a customer means. Very pathetic!!! I stood for 1 hour 25min on the queue.
