Bad Customer Service from iWyze

I had hit something on the way and had two of my tyres and rims damaged as well as some other minor damage. I lodged a claim with iWyze two days after the incident. Iwyze arranged my car to be towed to Danmar in Sandton only two days after my claim was lodged. The vehicle was only assessed a week later and this was just before the christmas holidays. I made daily calls to iwyze and did not get any positive responses. My vehicle took more than a month to be completed due to their delay and i was incovenienced because my car hire had expired before the vehicle was ready to be released by Danmar. Above all this, they charged me an additonal betterment excess (for tyres which cost above normal prices) without informing about this. I did not agree to this excess and would like to ask that this be refunded asap. I only paid this because Danmar would not release my car otherwise. My car was also damaged by the towing done. I am very dissatisfied with this entire experience with Iwyze and hope that i get some positive service from this company for once. I have paper trails and you have voice recordings to review this entire claim process.
