Just want to say that I myself work in the industry and ever so now and then I like to shop around as well.
I basically phoned in, got thru to Karabo Mashimbye a "quoter" took my details and gave me a quote I refused... then she sent thru to Felicity Pierce. Between the two of them I gave them very specific details as to what I want and what I am willing to pay for it. They stalked me until they could get hold of me (to bear the great news) EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED. my reply was basically SIGN ME UP BIATCHES :)
Well done - very impressed - hope this will be the same treatment I will get if I have any queries and hopefully claims.
