23 days and still no phone received

Placed an insurance claim on the 9th of March 2013 and submitted all the required documentation. It took until the 18th March for the claim to be approved which is considered to be a long period on which date i paid the required excess and submitted the proof of payment. Currently today is the 2nd April 2013 and still don't have cell phone for which i am paying the contract amounts.

I have been calling the company on a daily basis to follow up as it seemed as giving me feedback was not important to them. I have to hold for 15 to 20 minutes just to get a promise of a feedback.

I have been receiving the same story of that a purchase order has been placed with Cell C but there is no indication of when the phone will be available for collection.

The service which I have been receiving and continue to receive is totally unacceptable.

Today I kept tring to call but i get a message stating that the number is busy. This is supposed to be call centre for goodness sake
