I've been trying to get advice w.r.t my options for my RV on my vehicle for the last hour. I've been calling the 0860 669 669 call centre and then they would transfer me to 0861-001-918. I've been told several different stories w.r.t my RV. The first was I could settle the RV, Refinance the RV or restructure the RV. The restructure option appealed the most to me as my installments and interest rate would stay the same. They did say that it would influence my credit score with ABSA for a period of 3 months. The refinance I didn't like because my interest rate would go up and I need to pay a R1200-00 /- admin fee. Nobody knows exactly what the right options are and I need to know because my RV is due 01 May 2013. I feel that the customer needs to have the choice, why do I need to refinance and pay those additional finance charges and higher interest rates. It is tough enough as it is financially and my accounts with ABSA have never been in arrears. I thought ASBA where out to help its customers
