Bad interest rate

I have now applied for finance for the third vehicle with Standard Bank. My current vehicle with them is at an interest rate of 8%. With the new vehicle the interest rate is 10.2% (Both linked)
Interest rates did not change since 2011. Must a recurring customer now pay for bad depts written off??

I was not happy with this but the representative Siphesihle Radebe, who was supposed to speak to her manager, just does not come back to me.
