Ad service once again

My loan was declined after FNB asked me why I want such a small amount (R64000) home loan is R176 000. I have loaned from this account before, the account is more than 12 years old. I get a rental income form this bond of R6000 per month the property is valued at R700 000 . Apparently the loan was declined because the rental recieved is going into my personel bank account at another bank, the same bank that FNB debits every month to pay my homeloan. I have just spoken to the call centre and they said that if it went into a FNB account then the loan would be granted. This entire process has been a run around from the beginning over two months ago to get this terrible, continually bad service.
