Billing without concent

In June 2012 I lost my job due to a long illness. I had my pensionfund pay out into my Absa current acc and was up to date with my installments until Dec. In January 2013 I received calls from Absa enquiring about my latest payment and I advised that I had not been working for the passed 6 months and that it was due to illness that I no longer am able to pay my installments. I was advised telephonically that I am unable to send in documents to enable my credit insurance to assist me for as when I left my employment and they did not retrench me. I told them that I had no choice and I hev the proof. I was since November 2012 busy with my other policies that cover cronic illess and they paid out. Now there is money in my acc and Absa decided to debit my acc without my authority whereas I cancelled the debit order against my account because for 3 months they came back unpaid. I want this my R6000K refunded to my account and a proper chanels taken to assist as I have credit insurance alternatively I want my contributions to the credit insurance refunded and a settlment letter issued (after my refund) issued. Also I will be closing off my acc
