I received an email with regards to an update on my policy for the yearly increase for premiums. i called the call centre and spoke to a gentleman name Victor who was very polite and helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

I have not once had a problem with the call centre always a pleasure to deal with. the consultants are always helpful :) WELL DONE :)
