On the 28th March 2012 my brother met with a serious accident which rendered him disabled. He had a credit agreement with your branch in Phoenix ito which an insurance policy will pay out upon retrenchment / unemployment or disability. I had informed the call centre at the end of March 2012 and was advised that we should resolve this issue with the Branch itself. I went to the branch and spoke to Molly who requested a medical report confirming disability. I provided her with same. Joshua Doors has continued to debit his Nedbank Account. I contacted Molly on even date hereof and she advised that I am required to provide her with another letter from the doctor. She advised further that should the debit order go unpaid for three months it will automatically cancel. She refused to provide me with proof that same has in fact been cancelled.

When I queried about the paid installments to date, whether same would be reimbursed by the Insurance company, she neglected to reply.

Since I had informed Joshua Doors about my brother's condition, the insurance should have paid out while my brother was in a comma. I would like the insurance to be paid and the paid installments refunded.
