Poor Service and FALSE Advertising

Arriving early at an airport is always frustrating. However, I have both a Platinum credit and cheque card with FNB so I usually use the Slow lounge to kill time before my flight. This time was different as I had a guest, my girlfriend, whom doesn't bank with FNB. As I'm aware, from recent advertisements, I'm allowed a guest but today is apparently peak time. Thus, no guests are allowed. This is understandable but I not sure why I was told we couldn't bring guests when as I arrived two families where leaving. Do the six kids that were in the lounge have Platinum accounts? I'm sure they are more important to FNB than someone that does ALL their banking and even has a home loan with FNB!! This is over and above other families in the lounge. Now, after being told by the receptionist that the lounge is full, you can imagine that this makes no sense at all! I even offered to pay but obviously these kids have deeper wallets! I'm now sitting in the Investec lounge where my girlfriend has an account. No children, friendly staff and no FALSE advertisement about what they offer as a bank!

I look forward to FNB's response as to why I shouldn't switch?
