On thursday the 28/03/2013, i received a call from an agent from S.R.S & Associates. The agent requested to speak to Mr Krishanlal, i infromed the agent it was I, she asked me why i did not pay my account, she did not identify herself or the company she was calling from, i asked her what account, she replied Dr Dasi, i informed her that i did not know of the account, she told me from umhlanga hospital, i informed her that i did not know of such a doctor. She informed me from Chatsmed, i informed her that i did not know a doctor from Chatsmed. She shouted at me and told me that i had paid on the account previously and i must stop playing the fools and i must bladdy well pay my account. she slammed the phone. I received an sms and phoned the company and complained to a person by the name of Navin and a femaile manager from the accounts department, to date i have not received any feedback in regard to an apology and a disciplary action on the agent. This is not the first incident as i have in my first telephone call, had a similiar encounter with the agent, were she demanded i pay my account in full or summons will be issued.
