Very Dissapointing

I had requested in my previous complaint that I be contacted and that I receive an apology for the insulting interaction that I had with Mervin, as well as what disciplinary action had been taken against him.

The way Mervin interacted with me was below what was required in terms of common human decency and I am still angry about that, and even more angry that Outsurance had just trivialised it by not giving me sufficient feedback.
