Misleading Clients

On the 19 November 2013 Congratulating me that my account was credited with R280. I thereafter contacted their call centre and was informed by the agent that my account was in credit. Automatically I didn't pay them thinking that December subsciption would be free. I started receiving sms's that my account was expired, I ignored as my account was in credit. On the 17 December I received another sms and I contacted them. The agent wasn't very helpful so I sent them an email. I received a call from Kele an agent from Top Tv, after explaining to him, he said that he needed to consult with his supervisor. He then informed me that according to his supervisor that there was a system error and that's why I received the sms. My sister also received the same message and she also contacted top tv and she was also told that her account was in credit. Top Tv customer service is disgusting. The agents are not well trained as I was given wrong information. This is unacceptable, a client should never be informed incorrectly and if there was a system error why wasn't I sent a apology or even an sms informing that there was an error. I am totally disappointed with their service
