I received a call from one of ver-tex solution call center agent at 12h:10 it was about my Russell account, the agent was busy arranging a debit oder for me she asked for my banking details which i gave her then she said she want to read me a script and ask for my account again then i told her that i just gave her my account she started shouting and telling the other person on the side that im difficult and she hang up on me. after i just received an sms with ver-tex banking details. im very angry to an extend that i feel like going straight to the company. How can a consultant be that rude to a client thats highly unacceptable
