We sent a secure message on Standard Bank online and to date no one has bothered to respond to my request. This is also not the first time that it has happened hence me reverting to Hello peter.
I need my bank cards sent to me in Namibia urgently.
I need to know which branch is my branch, CT or Boksburg?
I need to enable my cards to transact abroad, Italy & Croatia by June.
Calling the call center isn't an option seeing that it takes ages to get through and even longer for your request to be actioned. Sending online request also doesn't work, what are we to do?!
I look forward to an urgent and informed response...
