Good day, I would like to lodge a complain regarging Case 00328387 RE: ref no: 0221447108 [ ref:_00D708Np7._50070R4sZk: ref ]. I emailed your complaints dept regarding a dispute over a policy and was informed a refund of R388 will be paid back to me. however i have not received that money and i send another follow up email to request progress but to this day have not received a response from Jean Malebane who was assisting me. please assist
