Why must I come to your branch twice???

I just went to your branch at 12:00 to change my Cellphone number and my account type. I leave the branch after being told that all is well. To my suprise when I get to work and try and transfer I get a pop-up that my cellphone number is not activated. I call the Call centre and that proved to be a waste of time. I call the branch and guess what: I have to come back. She reassures me that this has been done. Why the will it not allow me to do my transaction, if thats the case?? What will it help for me to come there again??? I even told that i left FNB because they are useless when it comes to service. I guess my choice was not that great either.
