I have been an Absa Customer for over a decade and have always defended and complimented them on the wonderful service i always received. But in the last 3 years, i find myself unable to look past all the little things.
I just want to change my cellphone number - why cant this be done online. Surely something like this can be done provided the necessary security checks have been passed. I work Monday to Sunday, 7am to 5pm (Is Absa open before 7 or after 5?) and do not have time to stand around in a branch to change my cellphone number.
No assistance can ever be provided telephonic ally, the only response i get is you will need to visit your nearest branch.
I have been holding off on changing banks to try and see if there would be any change, but absolutely no luck.
Get with the times ABSA!!! Your customers deserve it.
