Good day

I applied for debt review and the Wonga amount was included in the payment plan,

Wonga decided to debit my account with the outstanding balance and I cannot repay my monthly payment with my debt counsellor, Why is wonga refusing to honour the debt counselling process while is allowed by law to do so and will i be able to get my refund and pay you guys as per the payment plan through the debt counsello
