Lying about bank charges!!

When I applied for my Gold cheque card at your Constantia branch, I was told that I would have (x) amount of bank withdrawals at no additional cost. When I realised that this wasn't the case with me (I was being charged R6 for each FNB ATM withdrawal), I spoke to someone at your Cavendish Square dotFNB branch, the guy was shocked, and said I was on the wrong plan. He said that I was "being destroyed" with bank fees, so he changed my "plan" - which doesn't have the same meaning for me, as it does for FNB. NOTHING has changed. Every time I withdraw, I am charged R6, even when I use an FNB ATM. What the is going on? Rifqah (the lady who transferred my account) has made one big stuff up and FNB has blatantly to me - twice!

I think the manner with which my issues have been dealt with at FNB have left me quite irate. As a future chartered accountant, doing my articles, banks like Investec have literally bent over backwards to get us to join them, and I have always stood by FNB. I feel as if I have ended up with egg on my face
