Standard bank have discontinued their E-plan accounts, replacing it with the Access Account.
This in itself is not bad as there are more perks to the new account.
The problem comes in when you assume you can still use your account.
All details have been changed so now you must physically go in get those new details.
THIS CANNOT BE DONE OVER THE PHONE
This leaves a bad taste in the mouth, I am unable to get to a branch as they close at 3 and I don't have free Saturdays. If they change something and don't inform people they must take responsibility for it.
I don't have the time, so they must migrate all my details themselves and not inconvenience me.
