In December 2012 I went into a branch to increase my internet banking limit and I didn't have my card with and I was assisted. Today i go in again to do the same thing at your Parktown branch and I was told I can't do it without a card. Which is which here? And to make things worse, I realise that my limit for my withdrawals have been decrease to zero. What's the point of having a bank account if i don't have access to my money. Im really disappointed with the way i have been treated by Standard Bank. I am.
