I applied for a pension backed loan and inicially had lots of issues with call centre inefficiencies. I ended up complaining to SBSA on twitter and immediately got a responce from La Toya Marlow who phoned me and said she would follow up the query.
After that I had quick response from Khomotso Dinake who kept me in the loop constantly untill the money was in my account. Thanks for the feedback almost daily, and for La Toya that made fire under that dept. Hopefully the next people will get the treatment that i got from Khomotso from the start.
