I was overcharged on my premiums for more than 5 years. After many emails I posted a complaint on Hello Peter and only then did I get a response. I was told that I would be reimbursed for overpayment on my last year of premiums (on a policy where I was overpaying for more than 5 years - I wonder what the logic is there?) Again after emails requesting a status update on a request for the amount that they 'intend' to refund, months later I'm still waiting for a response.
Shocking follow-through.
