For the first time in years, I had to make a vehicle insurance claim for a cracked windscreen. Unfortunately, the service we received from PSG Konsult and their supplier was completely unacceptable. We had to follow up continuously with PSG and the supplier, and the cherry on the cake was when the supplier, after almost completing the work, insisted without warning on us making payment of the excess in cash. Regrettably, after years of being with PSG and never having to claim, this one incident means we will be finding an alternative insurance provider.
