Life Policy Update

I took out a life policy with Liberty in 2007. At that time I was a smoker. They advised me that should I stop, I would need to contact them after six months. My premiums would then be adjusted to that of a non-smoker.
I started contacting Mr Erfaan Hoossen (financial adviser) in January to inform him of my new non-smoking status. He had told me that I need to have stopped smoking for 1 year. So in June I contacted him again. This time I had made several calls to Mr Hoossen. Several times he did not get back to me. Eventually he put together a package that neither met with nor satisfied my request. After several more calls and emails, Mr Hoossen eventually informed me that I would need to contact the person who had designed my policy in the first place as he was not able to assist me any further.
At present, my premiums have still not been adjusted.
