Our local branch of PSG Konsult are unwilling to find the value of my FIAT 500 1.4 POP. Each year I have to find the book value of my car myself. For the first year I had my car, I paid nearly double the premium I should have as the brokers were unable to find the replacement value of my car. Last year I had a tough time but eventually found the value through FIAT SA and my premiums were reduced substantially without an apology. But this year my premiums have remained unchanged and the lady in the office says it is not on their system and if I want it changed I must find the value!!! Why are we paying brokerage fees?
