Shocking Service

This was my last resort to log the onto HELLO PETER but FNB gave myself no alternative.
Applied for a basic bond of R350 000 on the 29th July - well as we stand today after 35 working days they still can't explain what's happening. I have communicated to 5 x people at the call centre as well as the private banker; its like hitting your head against a wall. Each quote I have received had a different value attached which no one can explain why?
Zero feedback is ever given & i mean NO feedback; I need to make all the calls to find out what's happening, even the appointed attorneys don't know what's going on - they tell me they aren't allowed to phone the bank to follow up, are they competent? Debatable.
The last conversation I had today with the bank I was told the normal SLA is 7 working days well they only 28 working days past the SLA.
It is really disappointing the way one gets treated but I guess each customer is just a number.
