Wonga
Debited my account but still say i owe them

Wonga debited my account on the morning of the 4th Feb 2013 (got an sms from my bank confirming the debit) however when i loggin on to the wonga website to view my account status... to my suprise!!! It still shows that i owe them money... this is insane.

please attend to this urgently.
