I got an SMS from FNB telling me R2956 had been debited to my account by Wonga. I have never done business with Wonga or in anyway authorised them to attach my funds. In fact I have nevr spoken to anybody there.
The bank reluctanty reversed the transaction but I think it may be happening to others as well. The bank wanted some proof that I had not made a loan from them but of course I have no proof as I have never dealt with them.
Below I ageed that I am a bona fide client of Wonga but this is not true, I only agreed so that the complaint is accepted. I am a bona fide client of FNB where the fund were deducted. Iam nervous to give my full ID to Wonga.
