Bad service is topped with further payment

I went to the bank to get a second card on my credit card on my for my wife. First attempt: your wife must do it. Second attempt: they need my salary advise (my salary have been paid into the cheque account for years). Third attempt armed with FICA forms and salary advise: after waiting for an hour with a 9 month old baby we gave up. About two weeks later I found all the accounts are frozen. problems with FICA. Go to branch with printout of Deeds Office, they don`t accept that form. Transfer all my funds out after another trip to the bank. Go to close the accounts, have to pay R110 to have accounts closed. Didn`t matter that the account had a positive balance of more than R10 000 for months without receiving any intrust. When queried I was informed that I had to make a request to receive intrust. I refuse to pay anymore money to ABSA and they refuse to close the accounts.
