Car were on the 3 March and in accident

My car were on the 3 of March 2013 I reported the case to police and to Regent insurance they assigned an investigator to my case.
I assist the investigator and we track down the party that the vehicle but they did not have the vehicle any more. The car were gone. Regent still did not pay out my Car claim. On the 25 April I receive an E mail: That stated that my police were cancelled because my car was (written off in accident). I contact them. They said it were cancelled because my car were but still they did not pay out my vehicle will you please assist me with this it is almost 2.5 months but Still they refuse to pay out the claim.
