We need resolutions, not more problems!

Dear FNB,

(Sorry, could only submit one valid complaint every 5 days hence selecting FNB Insurance). Please pass

I want to create Wesbank as a beneficiary on my account to pay them.
Wesbank has given me an official letter with their banking details.

However, when I add them as a a beneficiary and click Submit, I get error 288 - Invalid Cr Product/accno Combination.

I called your online call centre and spoke to Siphiwe. What a disaster! He has done his best and now I am waiting for 15 mins and counting for his supervisor to assist me further! Firstly, putting customers on hold for more than 3 mins is not on. Am I to guess that I am being put on hold so that I get fed up and put the phone down? At least say every 3 mins why am I holding i.e. supervisor still on phone with another customer or something!!!

And then he says "Call Wesbank to sort the problem out". What? Wesbank is in charge of FNB's website?

You people are being paid for a service. I am not getting service and yet I call you guys up like maybe once a year to get something done! Absolustely PATHETIC!!! Not good at all and I may have to revise my bank this year to get the decent and basic service I need (Supplier name changed from FNB Insurance Brokers to Wesbank by Hellopeter.com)
