CONSULTANTS GIVING OUT INCORRECT INFORMATION

My car was written off on 27Feb and insurance only paid me out R35 000. I found another car for R52 000. I approached FNB last week Mon to find out what my options were for loaning the rest. We came to the conclusion that a credit card would suit me best. I was told it will take 3days for approval and 3days for delivery, totalling a maximum of 6 working days. The application was submitted midday on Tues last week. My loan car through insurance has had to be returned so I am battling with lifts to and from work and I have a doctors appointment at 14:00 tomorrow. I have heard nothing from FNB so this morning I called 0113692800 to follow up. The consultant that I spoke to told me that it has not even been approved yet and when it has been it will still take another 3working days for delivery. I have arranged to take ownership of my new vehicle today but I can't as I can not pay for it as FNB has supplied me with the incorrect information. This is unacceptable and dissapointing as I have been with FNB my whole life and have even recommended people change to FNB because there are never any hassles with them. What am I meant to do now as I am stranded without a car?
