I applied for credit card. I was called and application approved. I was told to send documents. I sent all docs the next day. After no response for 3days I emailed sales agent, who was kind enough to inform me that I still needed 3 months bank statement which I sent immediately! I have even emailed credit division and no reply. To date I have not heard anything. This is now 2nd week I am waiting. Service absolutely pathetic. Very dissapointed.. I planned to change bank wit chq account, investments and home loan... But with useless service I am better where I am!!!
