Poor Service - Hassle "FREE" Online Access

If ever anyone would like to open / consider opening an account with Virgin Money please be prepared to re-invent the wheel so to speak.

I opened a Virgin Credit Card in 2006 and have not received a renewal (to start off with) on this card as it was never ever re-issued to me again, nor have i logged on to their (what they refer to as an online account) since 2009. After trying to re-connect and gain access to this account i had to correspond with them since Monday to not only get added / access again but also get a beneficiary) myself added onto the account.
As with other banks you cannot just click and apply a beneficiary, no they need your entire history from you in order to gain access to the account. (At this point i would like to add that i have been transferring money into this account and the Credit Card is in CT).

I specifically requested that the access (beneficiary) be loaded and i get given access before close of business today. It is obvious that the client is not a point of consideration here, and the instruction was ignored.

Bad Service from a company who represent the Sir Richard Branston trademark.

To anyone out there, their website is non user friendly.
