I called the Absa Vehicle and Asset Finance to change my debit order details, i am now waiting 20 mintues on the phone to be helped with a 5min query to be done.
This is totally ridiculous, do you have any people working in this department?
CAN SOMEONE PLEASE CALL ME FROM THE ABOVE DEPARTMENT, this is certainly not how you treat customers.
All other banks have the options available to do this online, but no i have to wait 20 mins on the phone to do this.
