There is nothing more frustrating, not to mention intensely annoying, in dealing with an organization that does not acknowledge or respond to one's communications. All my communications sent to ABSA Vehicle Finance and Asset Management over the past month have gone unheeded. They don't respond to, nor do they acknowledge the receipt of emails or letters.
My frustration has been compounded by the ABSA organization as a whole who have flatly ignored what has proven to be my futile attempts to attain their assistance in facilitating my communication with ABSA Vehicle Finance and Asset Management. It appears that the rank and file of ABSA Vehicle Finance and Asset Mangment are a law unto themselves, unaccountable to what seems to be a non existing management and accountability structure. Who and where is the Chief Executive Officer of ABSA Vehicle Finance and Asset Management so that my issues can be addressed and expedited?
Perhaps via this forum there may also be somebody within the ABSA executive or on their board of directors with enough authority and clout to instruct ABSA Vehicle Finance and Asset Management to respond to my communications?
