No response on my Credit Card application

Hi, I applied for a Cheque and Credit Card on 13/03/2013 at Nedbank branch in Queenstown, they did not request for my 3months bank statement (which I had with me at the time), on the 22/03/2013 I went to the branch to follow on the status of my application and I was told they need the 3months statement, I gave it to them and they said I will get a response in approximately 5 days. I called their call centre today to follow up and I was told they did not receive the 3months bank statement. I called the branch where I applied and they said they had sent it and they are not sure what happened but they have resent it again so I must wait for an undefinate period of time for a response. In between the 22nd and the 27th of march I have called for four days to quuery about the status and only today was I told that they do not have my 3months bank statement (Call reference numbers: 62077805, 62098672, unfortunately I didnt take the other 2) I travel a lot and I wanted to be able to hire a vehicle, Im flying to JHB tonight and I will have no transport when I arrive there. I'm really dissappointed with the service and I wish they could attend to my application proffessinally, asap.
