ABSA YET AGAIN & AGAIN & AGAIN

I mailed Makie (branch manager) on 4th of March asking for assistance to change my debit order details for my vehicle finance. I also called you twice that same week to query about the status of my request. U assured me that you would get to it and call me back. Two wks have gone by and I have received no e-mail, no sms, or phone call from you regarding this urgent matter. I came into ABSA this morning. U indicated that you are NOT able to assist me because the ABSA Vehicle Finance Department needs my ABSA pin number to change my debit account details (what nonsense- this is obviously the incorrect information). In the past 2 weeks, U could have informed me that you were unable to help me or provide me with correct information
BUT you did not. U have delayed this entire process. U then passed me over to Esau Sefatsa this morning. Esau was able to send me the correct information this morning. ABSA because of people like you - makie melato and christel cloete. You both drive clients to seek other financial options. You have no idea about customer service, integrity, respect, and u dont even know about your own products or services. It is surprising how U manage a large financial institution!
