I received a courteous call from Nevasen Moodley who is employed by Dial Direct Insurance.
He called me and explained to me that Dial Direct did not want to lose me as a client, as I had objected to a 21% increase in my premium to Dial Direct.
He offered to reduce the premium and while he enquired about my retirement eligibility he apologised profusely for making me wait while he checked my eligibility.
I would like to thank Nevasen for his courteousness towards me!
