This is the only way for me to describe this. I requested bank statements going back to February 2012 from Standard Bank, My wife was informed that it would be R20 and odd cents, what they omitted was that it is R20 per page. So what Standard Bank did was charge me R800 and odd rand for 6 months statements. Who in their right mind charges R20 per page? Did I just pay somebody's salary for the day at standard bank? I have already approached a diff bank to transfer all my stuff to them; I will make it my mission to tell everybody what a rip off Standard bank is.
