My mother gave me the authority to act on her behalf with the execution of her spouse estate which is controlled by ABSA Trust. I did all that was needed and start to experience issues until the renunciation of the trust.
The was never a good communication. My e-mails are not responded and all the request for supporting documents are not honoured. This are the issues that I have a concern with and I had 3 meetings (2 with Linda and 1 with Gerrie & Linda) and still I get no professional respond.
1. When we started with the estate, I gave them a Municipal bill with a valuation of R700 000 and they decide to send their assessor who valued the property at R780 000 and that costed us an unnecessary R5081.31, then I claimed it and after discussion they agreed on a 20% discount and now because of the renunciation the discount is not applicable. I need a refund of R5081.31
2. After the renunciation, they deducted R10 000 for the work done and now I need an invoice to show all the services done in line with their pricing guide.
3. They paid R2814.37 for transfer of property which is still under dispute. I need that amount and statement of all accounts to reconcile with 3 cash statement
