Still no car!!

I wrote to you to complain about my son's car which was hail damaged and had to be spray painted in Feb by Westrand Panelbeaters. After I complained my son got a hire car which he had to give back today. Now he is without transport again and his car is still not finished. How long does it take to spray paint a car? He phoned Westrand Panelbeaters nobody phones back. Dial Direct no answer? What must I do? Please help me! Reinette van der Zwan
