Thought I would never say this

So I purchased a vehicle a week ago and need a border letter to get across the border with this vehicle for a vacation. I tried the Wesbank on-line query but because I have had the vehicle less than 6 weeks I cannot automatically get a letter.

I called the customer service line and got through to Darian... Now trust me, I'm extremely sceptical about service and as a result I've become VERY irate from the get go when dealing with call centres...

But Daren was fantastic... informing me of exactly what is required, how to go about it and less than 3 working hours later I have my border letter and I'm off to Nam.

I thought I would never say this, but at last I received FANTASTIC service... give that man a Bells!!

PS. On a side note, I was also EXTREMELY impressed with Wesbank online sign-off process of my finance deal... Easy, simple and incredibly fast! All-in-all I'm really glad I chose Wesbank... so far...
