Hail Damage repairs turn me to be a padestrian

Driving a BMW to pedestrian all as a result of Dial Direct shoddy practise. on the 5th Feb 2013, i dropped my car for hail damage repair at Telesure in Hermanstad. I met Jaco and Kirsten. Jaco told me that the car will be send to Silverton for further repairs, it hs to have @least quarter tank of petrol & the whole work is 4 wks due to the sunroof otherwise is 2 wks. I phoned insurance, why PTA while there is a branch in Edenvale & Isando. Reason, certain standard of cars are done by them, do quality job, don't hv lot of cars, you will get ur car very soon & will be delivered to u. From 05/02, ws driving courtesy car which was for 30days. After 2months and 2wks Sheriff frm Silver Star phoned me that my car is ready bt the alternator is the problem of which I must replace cause both the insurance & them are not going to fix it. i was always threatened by insurance to return the courtesy car cause there is no longer ext. Now i am a pedestrian, using a lift or taxi to & frm from work with my 3yrs old daughter who must go to creche. They drove it to Silverton. Dial Direct told me to pay ecxcess, tow my car & fix. Glossily unfair. IS THIS HOW THEY TREAT THEIR CLIENT? BAD TREATMENT.
