Changed debit order day, and now payments bounces

I have a Personal Loan account with Nedbank, with monthly payment of 6162.52. They have since change my debit order date to the 23rd of the month since December 2012, till todate i'm still battling to change it back to month-end. This is the only account that bounces, and has been like this for the past 3 months, each time you phone the Call Center, they promise that all has been rectified and changed back to the last day of the month, but come next month, they still debit on the 23rd. You cost me extra 120 for Unpaid charges, and won't be suprised if you meet your financial targets, because you unscrupulously charge for mistake which should have been rectified from the word go. I hate the fact thay they use this new slogan of, "IF AMOUNT IN THE ACCOUNT IS NOT ENOUGH, THE TRANSACTION WILL NOT GO THROUGH UNTIL THERE'S SUFFICIENT AMOUNT IN THE ACCOUNT". This thing does not work, how many times must we tell you this and you're lying to us your customers. till today i still curse the day i opened this account. Btw: It takes us more than 5 minutes for someone to either answer your phone or it gets dropped.
